DIAGNOSTIC VISIT
-Our technician inspects your appliance
-Indentifies the issue
-Orders the correct part if needed
-Once approved , we collect a 50% deposit to order your parts.

TWO
REPAIR VISIT
– Technician returns with the needed part
– Performs appliance repair same day if possible
– Tests your fridge, washer, oven, or dryer
– Cleans up and ensures proper operation
– Collects remaining balance after service

- The supplier sent the wrong part
- The part arrived damaged or defective
- An additional issue becomes apparent only after the first one is resolved
- Other components can't be tested until the initial problem is fixed

THAN
TWO
VISITS

Sometimes, another issue shows up only after the first repair is done.
This happens with complex systems where not everything can be tested right away.
Replacement parts are only installed and added to the invoice
after we check with you during the repair process.
NO SURPRISES

If we find another broken part,
labor is usually not charged again.
But if the job becomes more complex,
extra labor fees may apply — with your approval.
