Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of our website and our appliance repair services.

Agreement

By visiting voltagehomeservice.com or scheduling service with Voltage Appliance Repair (operated by Voltage Home Service LLC, "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.

Services we provide

Voltage Appliance Repair offers residential and light commercial appliance repair services across Broward County and Miami-Dade County, Florida. We work on refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and similar appliances from all major brands including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, LG, Samsung, GE, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, and Frigidaire.

Diagnostic fee and pricing

Our standard diagnostic fee is $75 flat, paid at the time of service. This fee covers a licensed technician's visit and assessment of your appliance. If you choose to proceed with the repair, this fee is applied toward the total repair cost.

Before any repair work begins, our technician will provide you with a written quote. No work proceeds without your explicit approval.

Same-day service

We offer same-day service when calls are received before 2 PM. Same-day availability depends on technician scheduling, parts availability, and your service area. We will confirm your exact appointment window when you book.

Warranty

All completed repairs include a parts and labor warranty. Specific terms (length, coverage) are provided in writing on your invoice. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to:

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and digital payment methods. Unpaid invoices accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the technician arrives by calling 786-869-3888. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice when possible so we can adjust our schedule. No cancellation fee applies.

Access and conditions

To perform service, we need reasonable access to the appliance and a safe work environment. If conditions prevent us from completing the work (no access, unsafe location, hazardous materials), the diagnostic fee still applies for the trip.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Voltage Appliance Repair's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (e.g., food spoilage, water damage from existing leaks, lost business). We carry general liability insurance — proof available on request.

Website use

The content on voltagehomeservice.com (text, images, design) is owned by Voltage Appliance Repair and may not be copied or reused without permission. Our blog content is for general information and does not replace professional diagnosis of your specific appliance.

Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County or Miami-Dade County, Florida. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
